Needth some help pl0x`

So i just started this server yesterday and i am 141 AB. Now i wanna to do start bossing. Is there a quicker way to get to the bosses and do i have to do the pre quests? And i would be great if i was allowed into a guild, im pretty lonesome in game :/

yeaaaaa.........if you wanna join a guild try joining one of the guilds in the Guild section. Maybe a GM could move this post?
