From what im assuming, Alpha may have given Toon permission to use the WZ files in this server, but Alphs hasnt affiliated with it. But like i said, this can be a possible solution or not...

DO NOTHING. They had an (official) release of the old source which had stuff of ours inside it. They told me their v111 won't have our customs in it anyhow.

Why not we just wait, if it so happens that Toon or Alpha confirms we're not affiliated with it just DDoS the shit out of it.

Okay, everyone who suggests "DDOS", will get DDoS'd themselves. We're not looking for enemies, we're looking for the truth. Alpha might post something upon this issue. Until then, NO ONE DDoS this server. You will just make matters worse for this server and yourself.

Roger that Bryan/iSnipes and I think the community is just angry that this server seems to have all of D.Chaos' .WZ edits and seems to have just taken all of it without permission.

I have Toon confirmed that he has never heard of the server,
This concludes that Alpha is not involved either because he would never give our his server's resources. Especially 3 years in the making.

Therefore the owner of BalgenMS is lying about them being associated with the owners. The whole idea of this purpose was to make D.Chaos Players believe BalgenMS is affiliated with D.Chaos, which makes it acceptable for another server to steal our wz edits.

Since the truth has risen, I still hope to wish that none of this community would go low as to DDoS them. For we don't want them to do the same, or worse, to us. So, just stay out of this matter since this doesn't concern you. Let Alpha, Toon and the rest of the staff handle this.
