HELP!!!!!!

Keep receiving this problem even after reinstall the whole Maplestory files

OKAY.
1. DOWNLOAD ALL 5 PARTS.
2. MAKE A FILE AND PUT ALL THE RAR IN THERE TO ORGANIZE.
3. EXTRACT ONE OF THE MS FOLDERS FROM THE PARTS.
4. GO TO MY COMPUTER> PROGRAMS> AND YOUR NEXON FOLDER
(IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A MS FOLDER THERE REPLACE THE MS FOLDER WITH THE ONE YOU EXTRACTED.)
5. FIRE UP THAT BABY AND PLAY.
(I see you play grand chase, I was a professional at that game, till I got banned.)

i dun have any nexon folders in my programs except Wizet = MSEA
