Reason:
Why do you think the user deserves a ban? Or what exactly is the user doing?
The user was using a 3rd party device which gives him an upper advantage and violates the rules of the server making it unfair for the community. The certain hacks that he used towards his advantage are "Damage hack" & "Speed Hack". I conclude that he is indeed guilty and deserves a Ban.
(irrelevant but it seems that this user came from ArcaneMS Whom just closed and decides to hack on D.Chao).
Also the Amount of Damage that this guy does is simply impossible for someone with only 1 Welcome Back Ring(MSI, & 1 D.Khao Mask)

Was there any other users in the area where the user was doing the thing user is being reported for? If so, please ask for the user's opinion.
There were 2 other users in the facility, One of the suspects which I caught earlier with the Ign: HeyThereBro and a Female with the ign: xSoReal, Although the female is innocent because I have not seen her commit acts of using a Bot device towards her advantage, I did however catch "HeyThereBro" do exactly the same things but it slipped my mind when I couldn't catch his damage, I am terribly Sorry.

How long do you think the user should receive his/her punishment? Or what punishment should user receive?
I believe that the user should be banned pernamently for his actions!

the first screenshot did show him using damage hack as it almost reach 1billion damage even though he is only use 1 MSI and 1 Kaoz mask...

but can you provide us a screenshot showing him only use 1 MSI and 1 kaoz mask..

second,the first picture dint show the full scale of the map and you also dint show the minimap as same as the second screen shot. Maybe there is someone else up above that player and spamming skill and you might misjudge this player?. although u might say that u already prove at the second screenshot showing that there is only 3 player beside u and your friend in the map. But the second screen shot might has been taken at a different time.

Last but not least, you were saying that this player using speed hack?
can u provide us some video for us as a prove.

In a conclusion, i think that you might misjudge this player, you only provide half of the information and you should provide a video as a prove. Also i don't think that this player are stupid enough to use hack in public as there is another 2 player behind him.Beside, if he were the hacker i think the other 2 player will report immediately .

But this is just my opinion.Show some more screen shot and i can assure you this player will be banned by gm...TQ....

yes i just create this FORUM account. But sir, do you know forum account are different from the game account?.Means you have to register saparately the game and forum account. When i decided to post on this report, ive try to login with my Game account Username but i was unable to login since forum account and game account are different.So i create Forum account and start posting on this thread.

I already create my game account for almost a week but i dont have time to play since im quite busy. So ive spend some of my time to read this forum to gain knowledge and idea on how to play in this server since this server are unique and different from the other private server.

Ive read countless(not that much XD) of post in this forum until i decide to check on player report. But why i choose to post in this(iSoulPhantom) report?becoz it seems uncomplete for me as it need more prove?.If Charizard were able to provide complete prove then i wont bother to post in this thread.

2ND OF ALL THOSE PEOPLE WITHIN THE MAP WERE PEOPLE THAT HE KNEW FROM ARCANEMS, AND THAT GOES TO SHOW because I was eaves dropping.

3rd of all I did not catch xSoReal use any hacks but she did how ever continue to stay within the facility part of there party. (Innocent) Which is what I meant.

Read it the application again for more understanding. The three people were from (ArcaneMS) in which they were QQing over it being closed and wanting it to come back.(Idk how hacks are reasonable, but He did however use damage hack)

If it was a WZ edit for damage, it wouldn't do ANY damage when the attack is attempted. It's a matter of updating that skill in the database.

I don't believe that the damage is wz editted, Please don't make this any more complicated then it already is.
