Its not a "Custom", Although i could give you some reason, First of all. A Custom is something you MADE, Entirely yourself. Seems to me you just Took some Templates, From a Spriting GFX Community. And edited a Beer and a leg.

because here is my reason.. first im the one who drew the shirt, short, rose.

and yeah.. i just edited the slipper, beer and other... imma make my true own custom if that makes you feel much better

No he meant like the literal shape, not the design. Blades are way too small and are near the same size, pole is too thick, shading is bad. The wire at the end should fall cuz gravity, and move when walking. Looks stiff to me.

Spriting requires a calm mind and using all the time you have to complete it. No rushing.

May I use what program you use for animating it? I use fireworks though.

And also, work on the alignment.
