HOW2CONNECT2SERVER? Empty HOW2CONNECT2SERVER?

So, yeah, my friend who quit granted me access to their account so I can retrieve my Water Cape, but as they said, there was a problem with the account, so I logged on and tried it and there was a problem. D:

The problem is that after I have selected a channel to connect to, it just keeps loading and loading and loading... and loading, so... anyone know how to fix this issue, or can any GM forward this issue to an Administrator for me, thanks.

Unfortunately, your friend might be the same person who lost it's account forever. The server is not offline, if it was, then you wouldn't even be allowed to access the client, or log-in page for that matter. If you keep loading on the Server Selection Page/Channel Selection Page, the account is permanently bugged, therefore, you will have to make another account and restart over again. A Staff member isn't able to access the account either. Since this is your friend's account, unfortunately, you will not be able to retrieve your Water Cape.

Letting someone borrow an items entitles that you are aware that if the item is lost and can't be retrieved, you are responsible since you chose to give it. Losing from a Rollback is different then losing it on an account. That means the item STILL exists. But irretrievable.

I was well aware of any consequences which would happen by the actions of the user. In this case, it was the server's fault for the loss of the item, and, who knew the server was to blame. And yes, I lost it by lending. I also lost it through a rollback. But whatever.

It's not the server's fault. The reason on how an account gets permanently glitched is the actions by the user. The Staff has no ability to retrieve the account back to normal. This is a permanent glitch. So you will have to request a compensation, and hoping it will be approved by an Administrator.
