My account got banned for no apparent reason

Reason:
I just talked to Immortal and she told me that Toon banned me for reasons: "U mad nub?" I don't understand what that means but I've done nothing to violate the policies of this server.

Testimonials:
No. I didn't even know I was banned until I tried to log in today.

Why should your ban be lifted? If you did do something wrong, why should we give you a second chance?

I believe my ban should be lifted because I haven't done anything to violate the policies. I didn't defy any GMs or spam. I ask for a second chance to play because I love this server.

Ban still has not been lifted. Are you sure it's an IP ban? I can't even launch the client anymore. It keeps saying "Unable to connect to server..."

I said it should be lifted in a few hours. I did not specify the exact time it would be lifted.
