well, yeah thats what i get. i have microsoft visal c++, disabled oopback, restarded pc, entered some winsock restart on the cmd prompt r sumthing. downloaded the 3rd link, reextracting.

hmm... it seems now i can reach the login screen after i've updated the Hshield in the dchaos folder. ill post more if anything goes wrong.

You weren't suppose to update any files...but atleast it worked? That error you get is when the server is offline.
