Lol what she meant is that it might help if you post in the correct format. Sure posting those small details doesn't seem like much but some GMs just might not even look at your post if you didn't follow the right format. Also, you should give a reason you should be unbanned, like "I wasn't given a reason to be banned and I also didn't do anything wrong so I shouldn't be banned."
