Strength Stats Problem Empty Strength Stats Problem

Hi, when I made my character, I started out with 64 str, and idk how to get rid of it, so whenever I try to buy a weapon at lets say lvl 50, im already lvl 50 but it still says i need more luk/dex because im a Assassin

I cant keep up with the stats because of the str already put in

Is there a way I can take a str out?
