It's too iffy to call vote abuse.
I was accidentally IP blocked when i first created my character yet still voted every twelve hours and started with 24 vp and 0 rebirths
I think gms should check the time that he joined

Offtopic: GTFO the ban appeals and reports section thank you. You are seriously pissing me off.

Ok so GMs investigate all the player reports(if possible) and decide if the person will get a ban or not. Zalen's example merely serves as an reminder that he could be voting every twelve hours without fail and not rebirthing. It can reduce the chances of someone who is innocent getting ban.

it will reduce the false reports on here and take a load off the Gms
alot of people will stop using @gm for reports ingame
and allivate some of the @gm spam for checking vp abusers since there so many these days
and leave it free for hackorz and people with problems ingame
