I was using a new character (most dupers/vp abusers won't run away as quickly from a new character, i think.) and I found this person. From his location, he might have been vp abusing instead. After a while, he logged off. If I see him again, I will try to get another screenshot.

Edit: Might wanna see if he has any other characters associated with his account first..
