Actually all I want to ask is for a section in this forum, where people post guides on jobs or equipments to get in this server, since everything is so custom. And probably a newbie guide too, for a new person like me. Feel so lost in this server. Don't know where to go, what to get, and how to get whatever that I might need to.

Your right there are no playing guides.
But thats what the GMs, pro players are for ask them in game and they wil probably give you an answer.
