GTA style pvp

I would like to see a gta style free for all
Either pvp style or everyone dose 1k so noobs can join in
How it works is you can only use guns and daggers
Skills are useless haste is ok
Only normal attack the first person to a cirtin number of kills wins
Damage I dont know how this will work
Either pvp style (in this case 10 kills orelse it will be long event)
Or each hit takes off 1k(in this case 20kills)
When you die you come back with full hp
Pots can be used if on normal
Pots cant be used if on servival mode

pots cannot be used in pvp at all.
damage cannot be altered in such a way that everyone does 1k damage.
skills can be locked, but if we block skills we seal every skill.
we can enforce the guns and daggers rule.

what class cant hold atleast a dagger?
and it wouldnt be a disadvantage if everyone dose the same damage
it be about skill and stratagy but ray already said same dmg cant be done
