The server would need a Potential system first.
I believe a Miracle Cube is used to reset an item's Potential.

maybe it gives random stats beetween 0-10k for noobs 10k-20k for better noobs and 20k-30k for better people/pros

Yeah thats a pretty nice idea maybe there would be some item drop and if we trade it in we will get our items potentialed to a very good stat 500 ~ 10000 and there would be different levels and u can get the highest level 10000~20000 for like 10 vote points?

Alpha himself said that we will NEVER have the potential system.
