Im Ice, and I could use some help

Hello all DChaos goers!
Im Ice, as you can see from the title.
I will hopefully be playing this alot as summer approaches. From what I have seen, this server looks pretty advanced and in-depth. The main problem is that I dont really have a clue what I am doing. I have seen the All in One Shop and know most of the commands. Here is where the problem comes in:

I am about level 140. I have trained quite a bit, but it is getting increasingly hard for me to level, even with the 2k experience rate. I have learned about the FM and its training rooms, but I cannot kill anything past room 2. I am only dealing 2-3k damage, and I know these baddies require much larger hits. I am a 4th job bowman, and many of my attacks seem ridiculously weak. I dont know what the problem is.

My thoughts are that I have not been doing things correctly. Do I need equips that are not found in the shop? Have I done something wrong with distributing points (I notice you need like 40k stats to rebirth, yet I only have 600)? What do I need to do????

I need a guide who can tell me how to proceed, or what I need to do If I make another char. Please help me....

I like the server as well. But the problem with leveling? aha I feel that bro, when I first started I did not know where to train. BUT.
you can certainly get some group of players and go to pep tower and go to the right and talk to the alpha quest npc.
on the side note, it's ridiculously easy to level there.
Also, on the another side note, if you are strong enough to defeat alpha (boss) in that realm, you get a mask which has 30k stats, and 1k attack.

If you need any help, just find me in game or something

Firstly. What the fuck. We don't need 40k Stats To Rebirth. If you're talking about the srb ring. You need to get 30k in every stat which is 120 Rebirths. You don't need 30k stats to rebirth.

Once you get to level 200. @rebirth for more info.
You do not need equips from the shop or anything. You're doing fine. It's normal for somewith with no rebirths to do very little damage. We were all once noobs. As for distributing the stats.
Could you post your stats here?
