Can't login to account Empty Can't login to account

Hi, I tried to login to my game and it is unsucessful. The last time i was able to enter was on April 1st and was kicked out the moment it crashed. Currently i'm stuck at the screen below. I thought it was a client issue however after several attempts at restarting it, it was to no avail. Strangely, I am able to login using a newer account.

Was my account banned or something? I can still access it by cpanel so i know it's still there. o.O

your character is stuck forever... you need to start new unless eric know how to fix it
