Error message

When I start D.ChaosMS (both hamachi and not) A message appears saying,

"We are unable to connect to the login server due to a server check, a firewall block, or other network issues." and then some other info about going to the maplestory site.

I fixed my firewall so it accepts D.ChaosMS but it still won't work. Is there a way to fix this? Do I need to reinstall?

Btw does the program need the non-hamachi version because i never got it until I saw a post

I downloaded the first mirror download.
