When people see another person rise in status, they will often try to drag them down. This is very much like crabs in a bucket. One crab will try to escape to freedom, and other crabs will pull down on that one crab, dragging it down. if they can't escape, neither can this one.

This behavior seems to be common in this server. Some people are always trying to bring the new GMs down a notch or two, and would revel in their mistakes or even in their demotion.

it's disgusting.
