In my opinion I think vote items such as the WRS set shouldn't be trade able. This way we can determine if a person vote abused by checking how old their account is and if its possible to get said vote items in the period of time the account was created.

Great idea, I approve. But some items should be sellable such as donor items, those cant be scammed since Alpha is the only one who has access to let someone have donation items.

Ohwait. I think donated items canbe sold too.

Not bad. I approve of this idea.

But, how can we tell who is a duper if they don't give away one of the most commonly duped items? -caught someone who duped dozens of WRS capes-

well this way, even if they did dupe the item, they couldn't pass it to anyone else. which makes duping useless and one less problem for GMs to have to deal with.
