b)good with gfx (including animations/videos)

don't forget, the majority of the staff are guys anyway. we could use a balance, y'know? Are we suffering from sexism on the server? I wonder.... if toon promoted a guy, would few people be like "wow that person doesn't deserve it"? There are people who exist on the server who help alot and are active but aren't well known or popular, both guys and girls , who are still deserving of a chance at GM, just as much as the more well known folks.


or maybe you guys would still be like "wow that guy was promoted by toon, he doesn't deserve GM status". If that is your reasoning, then you guys don't give Toon enough credit as an owner....he's not a moron, he knows what he is doing.
