Okay so here is A SWORD okay i make use of that TUTORIAL!But NOW IT LOOK SO O_O SO PIXELATE!

Uh Well your sword looks more like a uh Kitchen knife with lack of "Pizzaz" In other words it looks boring.
And er that "npc" as you call it.. has no shading and no uh.. maplestory relevance.
YOU will never see GMS or Maplemation have a piece of toast for a NPC :>

It looks like that sword could be a dagger.

It would be good as a custom beginner weapon, but since this is a high rate server, it would essentially be useless. It doesn't look attractive enough to be an MSI. Give it some character, and it could probably be a good item. What you do with it is left up to your imagination i suppose. It doesn't really have much potential as it is.
The NPC does not seem appropriate for maplestory, but perhaps in a different game.
