Question: Donors spawning?

I logged on today, and I found myself in a map with a bunch of people killing mobs that a Donor was spawning. I didn't regard it too greatly, until he spawned a HUMONGOUS Black Mage. Everybody else was lagging, so I had to kill it. Afterward, I told him not to spawn mobs like that, or everyone will lag. He tells me "They asked for it. I spawned it. And NO, ITS NOT A RULE."

My question is: Is it a rule? If not, can it be added to the rules for Donors? We don't need any more Donors spawning huge mobs like THAT.

omg poor noob donor did that? u know if any donor do something like that take away his donor stats =-=
after all there is alots of ppl who will donate other than that poor loser.
