Depends what kind of custom stuff you want. If it's just the hair/headwear/face, just make a spritesheet with a blank face and add your customs on each pose of the spritesheet. If you want a custom clothes spritesheet, you'd have to sprite the clothes on every blank sprite.

Btw, I don't think this is the proper section to put this in. o_o
