error code : -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002) Empty error code : -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)

Whenever i goto the NPC in heneysys and click change hair and then i click one of the arrow keys it disconnects me and gives me this error code. I am not sure what to do, can anyone please help me.
