And plus that's non NX item and it's not in shop f3

hmmm. it's a rather useless item by the looks of it. but a broken rule is a broken rule. wrists must be slapped!

It's really not an item of appeal and It doesn't give the player an advantage over players.
But like ray said it's still a NoNo to give out illegal items. A warning would be appropriate nothing to
drastic :p
