Pokable's GM App [AGAIN o3o]

IGN: Pokable (Derp)
Why do you wish to be a GM: Well, I want to become a GM because I wish to help the D. Chaos Community once again as I have before. I believe that with more staff to help the server, we can reduce the work of the owners. I can also help the GM's spot hackers if their busy helping people or doing something else. The main job of a GM in my opinion is to help the server as best they can. If I am chosen, I will do my best to fulfill that duty.
How long have you played D.ChaosMS EX: I've played in D. Chaos briefly in v75 and came back in the early v83 stages. I'm not sure how long that is, but I remember there was a huge patch and I think it was around December or something. (Maybe earlier, short term memory loss
)
Any GM experience: Well yeah, like 7 or 8 servers,

-LoveStory
-RagingStory
-HeavenMS
These are the servers that are down, the rest I either have forgotten or are still up, and I obviously don't wish to advertise them.
Are you able to explain how to play to a noob: Of course I can explain to a noob, unless, of course, they can't speak english or isasking me a redundant question. My english is well and I believe I can explain to a noob with no problem at all.
How can you help the server: Well, I know how to WZ edits and currently learning how to sprite of some sorts. I can also help catch hackers and prevent anyone from corrupting the server. I'm on chat most of the day time and can help anyone that needs help on xat, unless I am AFK.
Other*: (Info about you) I've been in D. Chaos MS EX for quite a while now, and have enjoyed my time with my friends and with the GM's. I've grown strong bonds with the friends I have gained in my time in D. Chaos and I wish to keep it that way. Some of the olden players may remember that I was once a GM for about 2 or 3 days until I got demoted for that "Incident" that didn't really happen. Nevertheless, the past is the past and I wish to start fresh with my new GM application. If I get accepted again, I'll try my best to maintain the position and help the server as best as I can! Thanks!
Can you GFX*: (Explain and show some proof if you can) Well, like I said in the top, I'm learning how to sprite, and can somewhat make banners. I don't have proof, for I'm still a noob and don't wanna be made fun of.
