Hair Troubles Empty Hair Troubles

Im not quite sure if its my fault via a broken download or something like that, but whenever i go backwards in the hair selection (with black hair, mind you) I always disconnect then afterwards i have to unstuck because it regularly disconnects me after i log on.
Ive tried the 'Dc After PIC fix' with no avail, due to the fact that i do not have a Microsoft loopback, anyway.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated, you can even yell at me for being a noob if it really is my fault.
