Perimeter Error

Hi, can someone help me with this error? I'm using window 8 and I've tried everything that people suggested but it still don't work. It either give me a small screen for like 10 minute and then it told me I've been disconnected from the server or the screen turned black for 10 minute and said I've been disconnected. I even have tried changing the properties and everything. Please help if can.

Just keep trying, it will work.
Make sure you close all windows and running apps.
Best way to check what apps or windows you have on is to look at the "Task Manager" (ctrl+alt+del)
Once again make sure you close the running apps before running the client again.

Make sure if you can close chrome or other have to close, so won't have parameter and launch the game.

Hi, now I don't have the parameter problem anymore but the screen goes black for about 1 minute or so then it said I'm disconnected from the server.

Try again, that happens sometimes on first try, the 2nd try usually lets you connect online.

Nope, I've tried more then once it didn't work. I think I tried like 13 times already.

Screen goes black and it just says "You've been disconnected from the login screen."?
[not sure if this will help] Try clicking on the "Setup" (application file) and set up your screen thing.
