Guardian of all 4 channels, lol, joking, he got stuck at the 'Deep Inside the Clocktower' map.
Happens when getting into channel 3 at the Clocktower, got stuck, 'unstuckme' and log again, when failed, log in on a differ channel til all 4 channels have been tested.

Not sure... HSRITq9

'@unstuck (ign)' in game and 'unstuckme' at login both doesn't work to resolve this problem.
