My Error code : -2147467259

So I do understand that there is another post concerning this error, but that post was more about issues with a Windows 8 computer, I am running Windows 7. I have tried toggling with everything in the properties of the DchaosMS client, the compatibility, and the security, all of my files are correctly placed and everything is downloaded, and my firewall is also turned off. Yet, I am continuously getting this issue. Any help or information would be very much appreciated, I hope I can start playing and join you all very soon!

What anti-virus do you have and have you attempted the Windows 8 "fix" of closing out Google Chrome?

All i have is my Windows Firewall, and that's all shut down. I'll try closing out google chrome though.

Update, still not working after I closed out google chrome. I don't know what to do...

Did you also try using the normal Maple Story client?

Yes, and the same thing happens.

The only other thing I do when I get something like that is just try to open it again and again and eventually it just bruteforces it's way through, lmao. Sorry! Maybe someone else will come by that can help you.

An "unspecified error" is irrelevant to to the whole "invalid parameter" error post/situation, glad you made a new post.

Try to restart your computer and then continue to run specifically "Maple Story.exe" as administrator. If the problem continues to occur, attempt to re-download your WZ files as they may be corrupted.

I'd also like to ask, did you properly patch from Revision 8.2 -> Revision 8.3? Cancelling an in-progress patch COULD result in a corrupt WZ file.

I tried restarting and running the maplestory client as administrator, and still the same result,I re-downloaded everything, and I'm still getting this issue... When I first tried to launch the DchaosMS Client, that's when it updated from 8.2 -> 8.3, and then this past time after I re-downloaded everything, it did it again, but I'm still getting the same problem. Would we be able to do Team Viewer or something to try and help me out?
