Max Stat Items

I hope new max stat items can be added to the server. This is to allow the AP that we gained after super rebirthing for 8 times to be used to their maximum potential. If not, the constant mugging of rebirths would be just going into the drain with our damage never increasing again.

this would be a pretty cool feature to add to the server
