Shoulders are too lose, and are too wide for a anime proportion.
But the breasts are nice. :3

I bet you could do better with a pencil and paper. Computer-aided manga-styled art should be for people who are more advanced and professional.

I do actually study art, in pencil and paper. I just wanted to tried something new. This drawing took me 5 minutes. It was a quickie. Or shall I say, "practice"
