Redirection Fail? Empty Redirection Fail?

Sooo, here is my problem: When i launch ''D.ChaosMS.exe'' i dont get redirected into your servers but instead I go into Nexons GMS. I have done all the things in the video tutorial on the downloads page.
i also got the ''new client'' from the forums put it in there, but again i get redirected to Nexons GMS.

I'm running on windows 7

If anyone knows my problem and knows how to fix it or can try to help me It will be really appreciated.

Doesn not work ill get this error saying : ''we are unable to cannect to the login server due to a.....'' you know the rest by now.

But my firewall is off and so is my Anti-virus

EDIT: I got it to work.
for people with this problem : go to your ''Redirector.ini'' open it with notepad and tweak around with the last number of the IP, Ranging from 3-5

#REQUEST LOCK/CLOSE
