Unable to launch client Untitl10

get this error, its either the server is down or whatever. i've tried changing the redirecter.ini
to all 3 different IPs and have turned off my anti virus and firewall. nothing seems to work.
if server is down please release an announcement on the forums (isnt that what the
announcement thread is for? :/).

I bet the server is down,please tell me who the FUCK will post announcement just because the server is offline?(No,the announcements are to announce things and to inform nib-nibs the server is down)also try the .bat file.
