When/if a damage cap breaker is developed, does Dchaos have any plans on bringing back the old rates? Or will they stay as they are currently?

There are currently no plans to bring back old rates. We are working to ensure balanced gameplay that won't get old after maybe 3 weeks of leveling and rebirthing to overpowered stats
