I agree with this ban. I've seen his posts, most are necroposting and useless. Please ban him.

That will be something like 8 necroposts and 5-8 useless posts,yup.

I saw this coming... Yeah it's a lot of necroposts, but that should warrant a medium-length tempban IMO.

actually I have to double check before I ban him, just to be safe.

After reviewing Lelouche's post history, I have come to the conclusion that he is guilty as charged, even after taking a somewhat lenient approach.
3 week ban should be a sufficient time for him to review the rules.
