Black Screen Long time

Hey I'm not really sure if this is an error, but ima post this anyway. When I start the game, it shows the black screen with the arrow on the top left like it should. My problem is that it takes a few minutes for the black screen to turn to white showing the Nexon thing which is followed by the Wizet, and finally goes to the login thing. Is it supposed to be like this? Or is it not. If its not, can I get help?

This is usually caused by when you're lagging or your computer is being a derp.

Ehh i TV'ed a couple of people on xat and some of them black screen is gone so fast you cant really see it so its probably from out shitty computers
