Cash shop auto close everytime i leave

When i go into the cash shop for like a few seconds and click exit it automatically closes ( i did buy stuff). idk if it do same thing if u dont buy .
my friend said he dcs when he goes it there for a extened amount of time(idk if that means auto close or take to login page) but my auto closes like the whole process closes without the ad at the end.
plz fix thanks

This is either your computer problem or you bought something that has no picture in the cash shop. After you buy stuff you is should appear in your cash inventory, double click it to send it to your inventory.

I think its because u hover over a glitched item.

Actually its not just him i didnt hover over any items just in and out and all my my laptops are the same thing (3).
