IG I can't equip a dagger. Empty IG I can't equip a dagger.

My stats meet the requirement to equip the dagger but when I double-clicked the dagger in my inventory nothing happened.
I also tried dragging the dagger into the weapon slot but still nothing. Can anyone help?
The dagger is a field dagger.

Some weapons are bugged like that (maybe). Not sure how/why, but some weapons/equips won't equip at all.
