How long have you been spriting: few days (i was very tired when i wrote it so i thought its something else so its not half a year -_-)
Why do you wish to be a GFX: i'm very creative and i like to design

these aren't custom poses
has no shading/needs more shading-something i learned from zachie
try making something interesting with different shades instead of one color clothing make it stand out
that's all i gotta say im not adding pressure on you im just giving some advice

something you made your self , a weapon which has nothing nexon based with it custom clothing you made your self .Here il give you one of my examples of custom sprites

Custom > HAND MADE. Not some fucking templates that you sprited.
OT. The templates that you sprited have absoloutely no shading at all.
EDIT : I also like how you bullshit about spriting for half a year. If you sprited for half a year. You would know what's custom instead of putting some fucking templates which you used the fucking bucket tool.

i made a sprite but i cant upload it, it says: "New members are not allowed to post external links or emails for 7 days. Please contact the forum administrator for more information."

LOL, You didn't "make" a sprite. All you did was add clothing and some other shit to a template. Even if you did make one, i doubt it'll be pretty.

OT: Although it may not be GFX per se, it's a hell of a way to start. I recommend checking out the guides in the GFX section to get you started on some awesome-quality work.
