Bug reporting phantom skill swipe dosen't work

Phantom's Skill Swipe doesn't work at least for me

It's still work in progress. The coders are working as hard as possible to code it so please be patient.

This among many other skills/npc's and other stuff are currently in the progress of being done. It's still in Beta so it will take some time before the coders are finalized with all the details. Be patient, this plus many other fixes will eventually come soon enough.

Known Issue before you post please search if the thread exists (and yes there is a lot threads about skill swipe's not working).it's beta my friend,wait patiently and it will be fixed.
