v.112 not compatable with Win 7 x64?

Signed up for the server just after it went down to test v.112 and have been waiting since. I downloaded the client parts and attempted to run it and I get a message that the client is incompatible with Win 7 x64. Any help available for the new player waiting patiently for months now?

Hm? I'm playing on a 64-bit version of Windows 7 just fine. Granted, it's on a Boot Camp'd Macbook Pro, but I don't think that should affect anything.

Perhaps it's just your computer. Try installing on another 64-bit Win 7?

This happens when you download a few Nexon games. ie; Maplestory and Mabinogi for the first time. The reason this is because all Nexon games are made straight on a Windows XP iOS. This is so it will work on Windows XP and higher iOS. The reason it says it's incompatible is because the iOS is far more advanced than the client. But, the client will run properly as it was meant for. So, just use the compatibility thread that is stickied in this sub-forum to fix your issue.

You DO realize that iOS =/= OS (Operating System), right?
iOS is what iPhones and iPod touches run, bro. :V

Also, what proof do you have of your "all Nexon games are made on Windows XP" point? Not saying that I doubt you, I couldn't really care less, but it'd just be interesting to see where you got that from.

Installed following the video to the "T"; read the sub-forum as instructed and have tried running under both Administrator and under Win XP (SP2) compatibility (I have network and coding experience in other games besides MS) and still get the following

It's in terms of iOS. Not OS.
I know it's made on a Windows XP platform because when you get the incompatibility notice, you open it up for more detail it states to contact Wizet. When Wizet was still in business before Nexon, their clients were Windows XP based. This is because Wizet was out before Windows Vista was published. Also, the forum also states it's made on a Windows XP platform.

That picture was Windows 7 ran as administrator....

Tried re-downloading and re installing several times too

all you need to do is click bottom left

Tried this - the program fails to launch

At this point it looks like its not happening, so as much as I've been looking forward to joining, does not look like I will be coming on at this rate

tryupdating your comp with all the c++ and service packs then reinstalling

as isnipes said thats spossed to be there when your lvl 11 it will go away
if your want to go somewhere just type @go henesys
seems like your giving up too soon when it is spossed to do that =3
