Main Character Stuck

As you know, my main character is stuck. When I put in my PIN, it just stays there in the Character Selection. It doesn't do anything after that. But I can see those posts, when you're in Cash Shop.
The last thing I did was buy a Baby Dragon, that was it.
Is there any way to fix it? My IGN is KhayOs. I did the 'unstuck' on the website, but it didn't do anything at all. I thought that it would be fixed by now, since this has been the 4th or 5th day of my character staying like this. I can go on my other characters though, just not my main one.

I couldn't log into the site, but I tried this other thing. It said "Fixed Successfully" and it didn't do anything to my character. So I guess the last thing is to have the owner fix it for me. if I remember, I think my pets were glitched. So they would need to take them out? o-O
