[Denied]Is my school's IP address banned?

Character Name:
It's not my character but rather my school's IP address. Because I'm able to run the game from home but the moment I try logging in at school the "Unable to connect" message comes up.

Reason:
I'm unaware.

Why should your ban be lifted? If you did do something wrong, why should we give you a second chance?
The reason is because I don't find it fair that I was banned for some asshole who goes to my school's fault. If the person was a duper or something then I'll completely understand but as per my knowledge, you banned my uni's IP which means he/she could go home and start hacking again.

Once again, I really don't know how this kind of stuff works.

There isn't so much proof as much as it's an assumption about my school. I went through the necessary procedures to make sure that it wasn't my loopback adapter or a problem with my wifi. If you guys could look into this it would be much appreciated.

school full of nerds can obviously block certin things
if anything i would ask the person in charge of networks
or keep trying LOL

It's funny how players would try to connect through a school's network. It's not banned. Like Pimppi stated, it's just the Firewall the school uses. Blocking whatever it's programmed to block. As in, games or external things(blank mind right now).

Okay I agree that was my first response. But in order to be completely honest, I have some other servers saved on my computer as well. They're able to run perfectly fine whereas D.Chaos's website won't let me vote or run the game.
