Keeps flickering? Empty Keeps flickering?

My screen keeps flickering like for example when I attack a pig, the screen will freeze and move up and down but there's still sound. Only when I Alt+ Tab then click maplestory again it goes back to normal. Please help!

If this happens, just restart the client. Some skills cause flickering. (Or, other people are using laggy skills.)
