vote problem Empty vote problem

hi guysi have a problem with voting
n the game have readen that i can get every 12 hours 30k nx and 2 ote ponts.
i tryed to vote 4 register page and the other one
the other one works but register page says invalid information o logged in.
help me?

log onto the website
character fixes
already logged on
fix
then go try vote
