Renew voting system.

Due to the fact that vote system been most likely crashing D.ChaosMS economy, these will happen:

-Non spammable vote system on the website.
-Every single WRS items will be wiped. (We all know none of them are legit...)
-Votepoints will be restarted to 0.

You may bitch about losing WRS items but listen to how I see things: When Insane made those items, I was thinking theses would be one of the hardest items to obtain, but now I see peoples with like 10 pairs of them and selling them for 500 chickens...

Good job alpha. Even though it'll piss most of the players who are legit. Things still have to progress. I think you've made the right choice.

Lol Alpha thanks now there isn't going to be as much VPAs but my WRS Set is gone so are my 100 vp left
