Someone spammed votes for him? Meh he used the vp for the items. Ban him.

He didn't vp abuse. i talked to him about it..
Basicly DepDerp gave him the wrs stuff..He didn't know it was against the rules for someone to have unlimited vote points he didn't even know what vote abusing is..He didn't vote abuse the item's..DepDerp did and gave them to him since he was new...I told him to give the item's to a gm so he wouldn't get introuble so..i hope this clears things up..
He shouldn't be banned.
-Edit : He just gave his item's to Soul! Everything should be cleared up now because everything is ok.
