So this is my art not the best but still okay better than some of my Random Drawing

Well maybe you could try to add some shading to it.
and the marks you see in the drawing? The stains of pencil? Erase them. They just make your drawing look bad.
You could really improve on the shoes. They look like platypus tails. [No offense intended.]
The hands are too small. Maybe you could try to make it look more anime.
As for eyes. It's OK. I guess.

Body proportion is pretty short while the arms are really long. It doesn't look like there is even any bone structure in this character and hes all made of jelly. Also he looks really stiff so you should learn to know how to make folds in clothing making it look less stiff and probably more dimensional.
You need to work on body proportion more for sure.

Try making your character 6-7 heads tall.
The body should be around 2 heads tall.
